Why Meditation?
Meditation is a simple yet powerful tool that will take you to a state of profound relaxation, dissolve fatigue and accumulated stress, and renew your creativity and passion for life. By its very nature, meditation calms the mind, and when the mind is in a state of restful awareness, the body relaxes, too.

What is Chi Kung?

Chi Kung, promotes the energetic mind/body connection through connecting breath-work and movement. It can be considered a form of moving meditation which is designed to promote health and well being and mindfulness.

The meditation and chi kung taught in this class also forms the basis of the internal skills development required as part of Tai Chi training.
